Shipments are sent by the selected delivery method at checkout utilizing these carriers: USPS postal mail and FedEx.

International Customs Fees
Shipments are sent by the selected delivery method at checkout utilizing these carriers: USPS postal mail and FedEx and any other suitable international carrier. Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on the order value and country limits. These fees are the responsibility of the the customer.

Home Decor, Fashion, & Collector Art
Build time is 2-7 business days. Some items might be shipped separately from various worldwide locations.

Tarot Cards & Decks
Build time is 2-14 business days. Tarot decks are shipped free of charge worldwide. Rush delivery is available but charged separately as an additional charge. Contact customercare@worldoftarot.com for fees and details.

Download Items
The delivery of downloaded items are immediately available after purchase on the confirmation page and additionally contained in your confirmation email receipt as a PDF document.

RETURN POLICY

Returning Merchandise
Any and all returns must be accompanied by a RMA - return authorization number. Returning to sender without first contacting
customercare@worldoftarot.com is no guarantee your return will be received at the correct facility and handled expeditiously.

Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items during shipment will be replaced by our company at no charge to the consumer only if the receiver contacts customer service within 12 hours from receiving the damaged package. Contact
customercare@worldoftarot.com to submit a claim.

Refunds & Order Cancellations
All sales are final unless you have encountered a defect with your delivered package and does not constitute a refund of the order. Once an order is placed it is automatically submitted for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. However, under extreme circumstances your order may be considered for cancellation only if you contact us within one hour from time of purchase and during normal business hours. No exceptions. A service charge of 65% will be applied from the total order amount of any and all reimbursements to cancel an order.

Exchanges
We offer extraordinary products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with a product we ship to you, you may return it for an exchange along with everything contained in the original delivered package within 15 days of receiving your delivered package.

Our 15-day return policy applies to all unopened, unused products. Returned items must be in perfect condition without any obvious tampering, use or destruction of any kind. Any broken seals or unwrapped items will be considered used and opened thus, not refunded. Once a returned item is en-route to us and you happen to change your mind you will need to re-purchase and start the process over.

Products may be returned for any reason within 15 days as indicated above along with the assigned RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the return package.

Return shipping and charges are the responsibility of the customer and at the customer’s expense. All exchanges will be charged a restocking fee of 45% of the original order amount before an RMA number is issued.

customercare@worldoftarot.com for an RMA number. This RMA number must be acquired first before any merchandise is returned.
